For Employer Groups of 2 or More Employees
Group vision is now available for employer groups of 2 or more employees. We offer two plan options and two copay options. Premium rates are based on group size and participation levels and are guaranteed for 2 years.
Our vision plans include coverage for exams, frames, lenses, contacts and more….
Our plans are designed to reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket cost. Included in these plans is a national network, Davis Vision, however out of network coverage is also included.
Included in these plans are added benefits not common elsewhere:
- Davis Vision Frame Collection – Members can select any frame from Davis Vision’s exclusive collection of designer frames which are often completely covered.
- Standard lenses are covered in full and many extras are included at no cost to our members.
- Davis Vision Contact Lens Collection – In lieu of an allowance, members can also choose contacts from the Davis Vision Contact Lens Collection which are covered in full up to the plan-specified amount and include evaluation, fitting and follow-up care.
- One-Year Breakage Warranty on eyeglass frames and/or lenses.
- Scratch-Protection Plan – Standard scratch-resistant coating is available for plastic lenses free of charge.
- Ancillary Product Discount – At participating network offices, members will receive a 20% courtesy discount on items not covered by the benefit, e.g., second pairs, sunglasses, etc.
- Laser Vision Correction Discounts up to 25% off.
